• Provide one-on-one consultation with people in need of assistance and information.
• Assist individuals in navigating New York’s healthcare systems and finding the best price on prescription medications.
• Help people understand and access Medicaid, Medicare, Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, commercial insurance, and other health care options.

Steve and MelissaCommunity Health Advocates Steve Wood and Melissa Camman provide services in nine counties: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence.

CHA offers community presentations on a wide variety of topics relating to healthcare and insurance.  Presentations are always free; take no more than one hour; and are available to health and human service agencies, community groups, senior centers and businesses.
