Health Insurance: A health plan is offered to employees with the Agency paying 100% of the premium for single enrollment, 68% paid for employee and partner/spouse, and 49% paid for family enrollment for full time employees.
Dental Insurance: Employees are offered a dental plan with the Agency paying 100% of the premium for full time employees and 50% for their families.
Simplified Employee Pension Plan: Agency contributes 5% of employee’s annual salary contributed in monthly increments for months of active employment. Plan becomes effective 1st day of the calendar year.
Employee Assistance Program: The Agency provides a comprehensive EAP for all employees and members of their immediate households. In addition to confidential counseling for a variety of issues, the EAP conducts personal enrichment seminars throughout the year in the workplace.
Flexible Spending Account Plan: Allows employees to set aside money through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis for unreimbursed medical, dental and vision expensed or dependent care costs.
Short Term Disability: Short Term Disability is available for full/part time employees with full premium paid by the employee. Employee may select monthly benefit amount, elimination period and benefit period.
Personal Accident Expense Plan: An expense insurance policy is available for full/part time employees with full premium paid by the employee.
Cancer Plan: Personal Lifestyle Protector Cancer Plan – A specified disease insurance policy is available for full/part time employees with full premium paid by the employee.
Tax Deferred Annuity: Retirement Plan Contributions to the TDA are made by the employee from pre-tax salary through payroll deduction by full/part time employees who wish to participate.
Credit Union Membership: The Agency has arranged for the employees and members of their immediate households to join the EMPOWER Federal Credit Union and experience significant financial savings through a number of banking services.
