Matching Gifts

Many employers have matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Therefore, donations to the AIDS Walk/Run may double or even triple!

To find out if your employer, or your sponsor's employers, have a matching gift policy, please ask. If your employer doesn't have a formal matching gift program, ask them if they will match your personal donation.

INFORMATION FOR DONORS:

If your company has a matching gift program, please request a Matching Gift Form from the Human Resources department. Give the completed form to the walker/runner you have sponsored. The walker will bring the form to registration for the AIDS Walk/Run to turn in with your donation. If your company has an online Matching Gift Form, please forward the e-mail confirmation that the form has been completed to the participant.

INFORMATION FOR WALKERS:
To receive credit for your matching gift donations as part of your AIDS Walk/Run fundraising total, please bring each completed Matching Gift Form, along with the accompanying donation, with you when you register for the AIDS Walk/Run. Please ask each of your donors with an online matching gift program to forward you his/her matching gift email confirmation. Print it out and bring it in with any other matching gift forms you have to registration.
